We represent Plaintiff Newtek Small Business Finance, LLC in the above-mentioned matter. As Your
Honor is aware, on October 23, 2020, the Court granted Plaintiff’s motion for summary judgement in lieu
of complaint, pursuant to CPLR 3213. As directed by this Court in that order, we e-filed a Proposed
Judgment. The date from when interest accrued in the Proposed Judgment has now been corrected to reflect
a date of March 15, 2019. The previous date of July 1, 2017 was inadvertently included in Plaintiff’s initial
motion papers, though the amount of interest sought therein was correct.
