We represent defendant Weeks Marine, Inc. (“Weeks”) in this case. Presently
pending before Your Honor is Weeks’ motion for discovery sanctions against plaintiff with
a return date of October 11, 2022 (Motion Sequence No. 9). Since Weeks filed its motion,
plaintiff has supplemented his discovery responses to provide the outstanding discovery
sought by Weeks. Accordingly, Weeks’ Motion is now moot and it is hereby withdrawn
by Weeks.
