Plaintiffs’ Motion For Leave For Dismissals To Be. Filed came on regularly for hearing
on October 24, 2016 in Department 206 of this Court, at approximately 9:30 a.m. Whereas the
Court having considered the moving papers and other records and files herein, including that the
Court dismissed the class allegation®.n this matter on June 7, 2011, that Plaintiffs filed a Request
for Dismissal with prejudice as Defendant San Francisco Deputy Sheriffs’ Association on June
27, 2016 and a Request for Dismissal without prejudice as to Defendant David Wong on June 27,
2016, that on August 24, 2016 the Court ordered the Requests for Dismissals stricken, the Court

hereby vacates its August 24, 2016 orders striking the Requests for Dismissals.
