Dear Mr. Wicks,
In reference to the above-mentioned summons, I respectfully request that I be removed from these
lawsuits. This isa dispute/disagreement between related individuals, which I am being dragged into and
being put in the middle between allof them.
Furthermore, I was an employee of Herbert Slepoy Cor p ., andnot Lyncrest Gardens, and therefore any
dispute isbetween myself and Herbert Slepoy Corp. and not myself and Lyncrest Gardens. Herbert
Slepoy Corp. can and may look to proceed with an action against me. William Slepoy and 5tephen
Gardner should not take any action against me. They have no standing against me. As you are aware,
they are just partners in Lyncrest Gardens and should look only to Andrew Slepoy as manager and/or
Herbert Slepoy Corp. as managing agent not myself as an employee of Herbert SIepoy Corp.
Any dispute/disagreements, are between William Slepoy/Stephen Gardner and Andrew Slepay/Herbert
Slepoy, and should not involve me.
This lawsuit needs to be amended, with my name removed, and I would appreciate you doing so.
