NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that an action has been commenced and is now pending in the
Supreme Court of Nassau County upon the Complaint of the above named Plaintiff against the above
named defendants for the foreclosure of a mortgage dated June 28, 2011, executed by Myrtle Ramsey,
Stephanie Ramsey and Demetria Ramsey to secure the sum of $382,500.00. The Mortgage was
recorded at Book 36188, Page 860 in the Office of the Nassau County Clerk on July 13, 2011. The
mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed July 25, 2012 and recorded on
September 11, 2012, in the Office of the Nassau County Clerk at Book 37689, Page 313.
AND, NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the mortgaged premises described in such
mortgage(s) affected by the foreclosure action, were, at the time of the commencement of the action, and
at the time of the filing of this Notice, situated in Nassau County, New York, and are described in

Schedule A - Legal Description
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being in Roosevelt, in the Town of Hempstead, County of Nassau and State of New
York, known and designated as Lot Numbers 515, 516 and 517, as shown on a certain map entitled,
"Corrected Amended Map No. 1, a section of Roosevelt Gardens, owned by Hoff Estates, surveyed
June, 1912 by Smith and Malcomson, C.E., re-mapped August, 1924 by Smith and Malcomson", and
filed in the Office of the Clerk of Nassau County on May 16, 1927 as Map No. 870, Case No. 2542,
which said lots, when taken together are more particularly bounded and described according to said map
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Grenada Avenue (Ocean Avenue) distant 105.32 feet
easterly from the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly side of Grenada Avenue with the
easterly side of Park Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE northerly at right angles to Grenada Avenue, 100 feet;
RUNNING THENCE easterly parallel with Grenada Avenue, 60 feet;
RUNNING THENCE southerly at right angles to Grenada Avenue, 100 feet to the northerly side of
Grenada Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE westerly along the northerly side of Grenada Avenue, 60 feet to the point or place
of BEGINNING.
