Upon the Ex Parte Application of Jennifer Shuk-Han Kwok for an order shortening time to file
and serve an Original Notice of Motion and Motion to Remove Trustee and For Instructions in this
action, and for a hearing on shortened time of that Motion, and Good Cause Appearing, the Court
grants the Ex Parte Application and Orders as follows:

1. Jennifer Shuk-Han Kwok shall immediately file an original Notice of Motion and
Motion to Remove Trustee and For Instructions in this action, along with copies of her Memorandum
of Points and Authorities in Support, and the Declaration of Counsel Daniel T, Bernhard in Support
and the Declaration of Jennifer Shuk-Han Kwok in Support, all as previously filed in civil case no.
CGC-10-499028;

2. Jennifer Shuk-Han Kwok shall serve true and correct copies of all papers filed in this
action pursuant to this Order on counsel for all parties by 5:00 p.m., October 7, 2011.

3. The Oppositions and Reply briefs or other pleadings previously submitted by any party
in opposition to or in support of the Motion to Remove Trustee and for Instructions, regardless of the
Specific action in which any such pleading was originally filed, shall be deemed filed in this action
and in civil case no. CGC-10-499028 for all purposes; and :

4, The hearing on Jennifer Kwok's Motion to Remove Trustee and For Instructions shall
be heard in this action on October 12, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in Department 613, concurrently with, and
as previously noticed and set for the hearing, the Motion to Remove Trustee and For Instructions now

pending in civil case no. CGC-10-499028.
