The issue of parental rights and responsibilities will probably be settled
through a shared parenting plan. There is an issue regarding the foreclosure on the
marital real estate. This may be settled at a foreclosure pretrial on January 22, 2010.
There are no other known contested issues. In all likelihood the matter
should go forward as an uncontested divorce hearing.
