Tam the Defendant in the above-captioned matter. 2. T have personal knowledge of the facts herein contained. 3. lam married to Timothy Kronenberger. Although we had a final divorce hearing on August 9, 2010. we have not received our final decree granting the divorce and terminating our marriage. 4, As part of the termination of our marriage. we agreed to enter into a Shared Parenting Plan. The Plan permitted Tim and | to spend equal time with our daughters. The only disagreement and contested issue we had was which school district the girls should attend. 5. ‘The Magistrate granted Tim's request that the girls attend Orrville YMCA before school. Taylor would then attend Smithville School District's kindergarten and Tori would remain at the YMCA for preschool. 6. We began this schedule upon receiving the ruling from the Magistrate on August 9, 2010. 7. On August 20, 2010. I received a telephone call from the Orrville YMCA. I was informed that Taylor had acted inappropriately with her sister. Tori. during that day. Per the instructions of Katie Imhof of the Wayne County Children Services Board, [ took Taylor to the Children’s Advocacy Center at the Wooster Community Hospital. At the center she performed an interview of Taylor. Upon completing the interview, the nurse. MaryAnn Ballenger. conducted a physical exam of Taylor. 9. At the completion of the interview and exam. Ms. Imhof instructed me to not allow any contact or visitation between Tim and the girls. She informed me that Tim would be under investigation as the alleged perpetrator. 10. In order to protect the safety and well-being of the children I am requesting that the Court immediately suspend visitation or companionship between Tim and the children.
