Upon Motion of the Wayne County Children Service’s Board, and for good cause
shown the Wayne County Children Services Board is hereby ORDERED to produce all
documents, records, case plans, summaries, medical records, psychological evaluations,
notes, assessments, and any other tangible documents pertaining to Tori Kronenberger dob
11/20/07 and Taylor Kronenberger dob 10/5/04 to the Court for an in camera inspection.
Said in camera inspection shall be conducted by the Court on Thursday, September
16, 2010 at 2:30 P.M. The Court, upon making a determination regarding which
documents and records, if any, are relevant to the present case shall make any and all
relevant documents and records available to counsel for immediate review. Counsel shall
not be permitted to take any original or copies of documents with them.
The prior Order and Decision of the Magistrate journalized on September 2, 2010 is
hereby vacated.
