Spitler Plaintiff vs. Brittany Kronenberger nka Foster MODIFIED SUPPORT ORDER Defendant This matter comes before the Court upon the Administrative Hearing Decision of the Wayne County Child Support Enforcement Agency (Agency) dated 04/22/2015. The Agency has conducted a review of the support obligation pursuant to O.R.C. §3119.60 — §3119.73. Pursuant to O.R.C. §3119.63, an administrative hearing was conducted and neither party timely requested a court hearing on the revised amount. Upon consideration thereof it is: ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Administrative Hearing Decision dated 04/22/2015 shall be adopted as the order of this Court.Filed on 05/14/2015 at 02:12 AM in Wayne County, Ohio “All support under this order shall be withheld or deducted from the income or assets of the obligor pursuant to a withholding or deduction notice or appropriate order issued in accordance with chapters 3119, 3121, and 3125 of the Revised Code or a withdrawal directive issued pursuant to sections 3123.24 to 3123.38 of the Revised Code and shall be forwarded to the obligee in accordance with chapters 3119, 3121, 3123, and 3125 of the Revised Code.” Until an income withholding order is in effect to collect the support obligation(s), the obligor is responsible for remitting the support obligation(s) to Ohio Child Support Payment Central, P.O. Box 182372, Columbus, Ohio 43218-2372. The payment must include the court order number and the SETS case number. The Child Support Enforcement Agency is required to administer the order on a monthly basis, in accordance with sections 3121.51 to 3121.54 of the Revised Code. Payments under the order are to be made in the manner ordered by the court or agency, and if the payments are to be made other than on a monthly basis, the required monthly administration by the agency does not affect the frequency or the amount of the support payments to be made under the order. The Child Support Obligor and Child Support Obligee shall comply with the Child Support Enforcement Agency in advance of all future administrative reviews of the support order and shall provide all required documentation necessary to review the child support order. “EACH PARTY TO THIS SUPPORT ORDER MUST NOTIFY THE CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT AGENCY IN WRITING OF HIS OR HER CURRENT MAILING ADDRESS, CURRENT RESIDENCE ADDRESS, CURRENT RESIDENCE TELEPHONE NUMBER, CURRENT DRIVER’S LICENSE NUMBER, AND OF ANY CHANGES IN THAT INFORMATION, EACH PARTY MUST NOTIFY THE AGENCY OF ALL CHANGES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE FROM THE COURT OR AGENCY, WHICHEVER ISSUED THE SUPPORT ORDER.
