                           WHEREAS the Court having read and considered the proposed Notice of Wage & Hour

                  Class Action Lawsuit; and

                           WHEREAS         the  Court   finding    that  there  exist  substantial    and   sufficient  grounds     for

                  entering this Order;

                           IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

                           1.       On   or before   thirty  (30)  days  after  entry  of  this Order,   Defendants     shall furnish

                  Class   Counsel    (Brett  R.  Cohen,    Michael    A.  Tompkins,     and   Suzanne    Leeds   Klein)   with   a list

                  containing    the  following   information:    (a)  the  names   of  all individuals    who   performed     work   at

                  either of Defendants’ facilities – Gotham Hall and/or Ziegfeld Ballroom – in food service positions

                  from    March    2012    through    the  present    at  Defendants’     catered   events,   (collectively    “Class

                  Members”); (b) the last known mailing and email address for Class Members; (c) the last known

                  telephone number and email address for Class Members; (d) the Social Security number for Class

                  Members; (e) the number of hours worked by each respective Class Member in such positions;

                  and (f) the amount of wages earned by each respective Class Member in such positions. To the

                  extent possible, this list is to be furnished in electronic form in CSV or Excel format;

                           2.       On   or  before   forty-five   (45)  days   after  entry   of this  Order,   Plaintiffs   or  their

                  designated representatives shall cause a copy of the Notice of Class Action Lawsuit to be mailed

                  to every Class Member by first class mail and, and may, in their discretion do so up to eight times

                  by electronic mail every Monday during a consecutive eight-week span.

                           3.       On or before forty-five (45) days after entry of this Order, Class Counsel shall cause

                  a copy   of  the Notice   of  Class  Action    Lawsuit   to  be  made   available   at a designated    location   on

                  Class   Counsel’s    website   located   at: www.leedsbrownlaw.com            and  on   its Facebook    and   social

                  media pages

                           4.       The   Court    approves    the  form    of  Notice    of  Class   Action    and   finds  that  the

                  publication of such Notice of Class Action Lawsuit substantially in the manner and form set forth

                  in  paragraphs    2  and   3  will  constitute   the  best  notice   practicable   under   the  circumstances      to

                  members of the Class.
