Dear Keri,
Please forward the following response to the judge for his review.
I am objecting to Mr Ricci substituting a summary judgement hearing on the
same day to set a side the default. If they are agreeing to set aside, I should be
permitted to file an answer to or have the court accept my amended answer.
Additionally , after the filing or acceptance of the amended answer, I should
also be permitted to have and conduct meaningful discovery. Anything else
would violate my due process in this case.
