1 On August 16, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., Plaintiff Shirley Hwang's applied ex parte for a
2 temporary restraining order came on in Department 303 of the above-entitled Court, before the
3 Honorable Newton J. Lam. Defendant Jay Shah and Plaintiff Shirley Hwang were represented by
4 their counsel of record. Having considered the papers filed and/or arguments presented in
5 support of and in opposition to the motion, and having heard argument,
6 IT IS ORDERED THAT:
7 Shirley Hwang's Application for Temporary Restraining Order is GRANTED. Plaintiff
8 Shirley Hwang has established a likelihood that she will succeed on her motion to add as
9 judgment debtors certain entities controlled by Mr. Shah. Ms. Hwang has also established a
10 likelihood that she would suffer irreparable harm absent a temporary restraining order.
11 Accordingly, Defendant Jay Shah, and third parties Chandrakant Shah, Mrudula Shah,
12 Michael Flores, Elvis Palomino, Investment Property Management LLC, EZRESOURCE Inc.,
13 and Maria Del Los Angeles Palomino, as well as anyone acting in concert with them, are hereby
14 enjoined from selling, transferring, assigning, pledging, granting, or otherwise disposing of the
15 following real property:
16 1. 530 Adams Ave., Los Banos, CA;
17 2. 2071 Genoa Court, Los Banos, CA;
18 3. 317 Crescent Drive, Los Banos, CA;
19 4. 732 Bluff Drive Los Banos, CA; and
