Having considered the papers filed and/or arguments presented in 5 support of and in opposition to the motion, and having heard argument, 6 IT IS ORDERED THAT: 7 Shirley Hwang's Application for Temporary Restraining Order is GRANTED. Plaintiff 8 Shirley Hwang has established a likelihood that she will succeed on her motion to add as 9 judgment debtors certain entities controlled by Mr. Shah.
