Please take Notice that Defendants GREYHOUND BUS LINES, INC. and CINDY
MADRAMOOTOO THOMAS, (herein “Defendants”), by their attorneys, LEWIS BRISBOIS
BISGAARD & SMITH, LLP, as for its Expert Witness Disclosure pursuant to §3101(d) of the
Civil Practice Law and Rules (CPLR), hereby identifies Saad B. Chaudhary, M.D., as an expert
witness with a specialty in Orthopedic Surgery. Defendants may call Dr. Chaudhary as an expert
witness on the subject of plaintiff’s alleged injuries. If called, Dr. Chaudhary will testify based
upon his physical examination of the plaintiff, his review of plaintiff’s medical records, radiology
films (including MRI’s and x-rays) and reports, review of pleadings, deposition testimony and
other pertinent documents and records exchanged.
Dr. Chaudhary will testify based upon his report dated January 28, 2022, annexed hereto
as Exhibit “A”. Dr. Chaudhary is expected to testify based upon his physical examination of the
plaintiff on January 28, 2022, his review of plaintiff’s medical records, radiology films, pleadings
and documents exchanged in discovery, deposition testimony, trial testimony, information
obtained through subpoenas and expert reports, as well as his experience in the field of Orthopedic
Surgery. Furthermore, Dr. Chaudhary’s testimony will be based upon accepted treatises, texts,
reference guides, studies and generally accepted theories and documents relied upon by experts in
his profession. Dr. Chaudhary shall also testify on the basis of such additional and further evidence

as may be adduced during the course of trial, as well as on the basis of his educational experience
and background, work history and expertise in the field of Orthopedic Surgery.
Dr. Chaudhary is expected to testify and render opinions regarding plaintiff’s medical
condition with a reasonable degree of medical certainty as set forth in his report annexed hereto
and inter alia plaintiff’s medical history, treatment, testing, medical condition, assessment, alleged
disability, treatment received, nature, extent, permanency, diagnosis, employability, and prognosis
of plaintiff’s injuries. Dr. Chaudhary will also offer testimony regarding causation, apportionment
and damages. In addition, Dr. Chaudhary may also offer rebuttal testimony and opinions
concerning the conclusions reached by plaintiff’s designated experts and/or treating physicians,
including causation, permanency, disability, past and future medical care and past and future
medical costs and its necessity, if any.
Dr. Chaudhary is a physician duly licensed to practice medicine in the State of New York.
He is Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery. A copy of Dr. Chaudhary’s curriculum vitae is
annexed hereto as Exhibit “B”. Dr. Chaudhary is presently an Assistant Professor of Spinal
Surgery at Icahn School of Medicine at Mt. Sinai and at Rutgers-New Jersey Medical School. He
is also an active staff member at Mt. Sinai Hospital, Mt. Sinai Beth Israel Medical Center, Mt.
Sinai West and Hackensack University Medical Center. His educational background, academic
appointments, society affiliations, honors and positions, and publications are specified within his
curriculum vitae.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that this disclosure is pursuant to CPLR §3101(d)
and is not intended to limit the scope or substance of any expert called by these defendants at trial.
This disclosure should not be considered all encompassing, as expert testimony to be offered by
