account in the amount of $2,467.00 to Plaintiff CATHAY BANK, a California
banking corporation (“Plaintiff”).
That the Receiver’s bond in the amount of $2,500.00, is hereby exonerated;
That the Plaintiff's bond in the amount of $20,000.00, is hereby exonerated; and
That the Receiver in this Action is hereby discharged and dismissed for any
further duties or responsibilities with regard to this Action and the Property that is
the subject of this Action, and that all future claims (including any claims for a
refund or return of any form of deposit) or liabilities made against or attaching to
the Receiver be barred.
