2. The payment of Receiver's fees and costs in the amount of $71,218 are approved
and ratified;
The Receiver is directed to disburse all net funds remaining in the receivership

account in the amount of $734.00 to Plaintiff, CATHAY BANK, a California
banking corporation.
4, That the Receiver’s bond in the amount of $2,500, is hereby exonerated; .
