The policy reporting condition reads:
The Named Insured will report in writing to this Company every loss OCCURRENCE which may
give rise to a claim under this Policy as soon as possible but not later than thirty (30) days after
it becomes known to the Named Insured.
Can you provide any details as to the extent of the damage so we can report this to the carrier.
