May 16, 2017, and John Han, sworn on May 23, 2017, the exhibits annexed thereto, and the
accompanying memorandum of law, Plaintiff Sang Cheol Woo, in lieu of filing a Complaint in
this action, will move this Court, in the Motion Submission Part Courtroom, Room 130, of the
Courthouse located at 60 Centre Street, New York, New York, at 9:30 AM on the 6th day of
November, 2017, or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, for an order, pursuant to N.Y.
CPLR §§ 3213 and 5303, granting Plaintiff summary judgment recognizing in New York a foreign
civil money judgment in the Republic of Korea (“South Korea”) against Charles C. Spackman in
the amount of US $13,842,597.80, inclusive of interest accrued as of September 6, 2017, in favor
of Sang Cheol Woo, and such other and further relief as the Court may deem just and proper.
