All correspondence concerning the receipt J-51 tax benefits for the building and all real estate tax
returns for Carmine Tierra, LLC., which reference J-51 tax benefits.
I further authorize DOF Records Access Officer to communicate freely with representatives of
LAW OFFICE OF JOHN T. MAHER and John T. Maher, Esq. and/or Diana Jarvis, Esq.
regarding the fulfillment of this request.
