County Clerk on 09/16/2004 in Reel 18943 at Page 48. Second mortgage made by
Sherry Lynn Taliento a/k/a Sherri L. Taliento and Thomas Taliento a/k/a Thomas Taliento,
Jr.to Washington Mutual Bank, FA in the amount of $85,517.21, dated 06/20/2007 and
duly recorded in the Office of the Richmond County Clerk on 08/24/2007 in Land Doc
No. 214086. Said Mortgage was duly assigned to Washington Mutual Bank, F.A. by
Assignment(s) of Mortgage recorded 08/24/2007 in Land Doc No. 214087. Consolidated
mortgage made by Sherry Lynn Taliento a/k/a Sherri L. Taliento and Thomas Taliento
a/k/a Thomas Taliento, Jr.to Washington Mutual Bank, FA in the amount of $325,000.00,
dated 06/20/2007 and duly recorded in the Office of the City Register for the City of New
York on 08/24/2007 in Land Doc No. 214088. Said agreement consolidated the
Mortgage in Reel 18943, page 48 and Mortgage in Land Doc No. 214086 to form a single
lien in the amount of $325,000.00. Said Mortgage was modified by Agreement recorded
09/21/2011 in Land Doc No. 395657. Said agreement modifies the Mortgage in Reel
18943 at Page 48. Said Mortgage was duly assigned to JPMorgan Chase Bank, National
Association by Assignment(s) of Mortgage recorded 01/22/2015 in Land Doc No.
