In accordance with the Rules of this Part, and following the scheduling conference held before me
on 7/27/22 . I recommend that the Court confirm the following report:
1. Counsel for all parties shall appear for a mandatory Settlement Conference on 9/7/22
Courtroom 1601, at 10:00 a.m., and on all subsequent days as required.
2. The parties shall exchange trial appraisals and reports of expert witnesses, if any. on or
before 1/6/23
3. The parties shall appear for a pre-trial conference on 1/11/23
4.' The parties shall submit pre-trial memoranda on or before 1/13/23
5. The parties shall appear and be ready to proceed to trial on 1/31 & 2/1/23 .
6. The parties are cautioned that they lack authority to extend these deadlines without a prior court
order and that extensions shall only be granted for good cause shown. Failure to timely comply
may result in the imposition of sanctions, including the striking of pleadings and/or preclusion of
evidence.
7. Petitioner shall serve all interested school districts with a copy of this Order.
