entered in the Office of the Clerk on September 2, 2021 (motion seq. #003),
(ii) granting Plaintiff's motion for sanctions (motion seq. #004); and (iii) granting
Plaintiff's motion for summary judgment (motion seq. #005) are all three
returnable on September 22, 2022 before Hon. Erica L. Prager, J.S.C.;

2. That the opposition papers to the Plaintiff's three aforementioned
motions shall be filed on NYSCEF on or before August 26, 2022;
3. That Plaintiff's reply papers shall be filed on NYSCEF on or before September
