NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that an action has been commenced and is pending in this
Court upon a complaint of the above-named plaintiff against the above-named defendants for the
foreclosure of a mortgage, dated June 23, 2005, executed by KEN WEBER A/K/A KENNETH J.
WEBER to AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE COMPANY to secure the sum of $373,500.00,
recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of RICHMOND on July 27, 2005 in Official
Land Doc Number 61103. Said mortgage was assigned to Plaintiff by assignment of mortgage
executed on June 13, 2006 and recorded on July 27, 2006 at Land Doc Number 141659 and by
assignment of mortgage executed on February 11, 2011 and recorded on October 25, 2013 at Land
Doc Number 501890. Said loan was modified, as evidenced by a Loan Modification Agreement
dated February 20, 2018 executed by Ken Weber on February 28, 2018.

Said premises being known as 473 COLLFIELD AVENUE A/K/A 473 COLLFIECO
