being fictitious and unknown to the plaintiff, the person or
parties intended being the persons or parties, if any, having or
claiming an interest in or lien upon the mortgaged premises
described in the Complaint,
Defendants.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that an action has been commenced and is pending in this
Court upon a Complaint of the above named Plaintiff against the above named Defendants for the
foreclosure of a mortgage, dated December 16, 2011, executed by James Behrens and Clare Behrens,
as mortgagors, to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as mortgagee, to secure the sum of $400,058.26, and
recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on January 13, 2012 at Liber 22157 ,
at Page 897.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the mortgaged premises affected by said foreclosure
action, at the time of the commencement of said action and at the time of the filing of this notice,
was situated at 24 Locust Lane, Miller Place, NY 11764, County of Suffolk, State of New York at
District 0200, Section 071.00, Block 04.00, Lot 034.006
The Clerk of the County of Suffolk is directed to index this notice to the names of all of the
above defendants. The premises is known as 24 Locust Lane, Miller Place, NY 11764, in Suffolk
County, New York.

ALL THAT certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of Brookhaven, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, known and designated as Lot Number 6 on a certain Map entitled, "Map of Willow Farms at Miller Place," and
filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk February 22, 1995, as Map Number 9637 and which said lot is more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Locust Lane where the same is intersected by the division line between Lots 6
and 7 on said Map;
RUNNING THENCE in a general easterly direction and along the southerly side of Locust Lane the following Three (3)
courses and distances to the division line between Lot 6 and 5 on said Map;
(1) Along the arc of a curve bearing to the left and having a radius of 225 feet a distance of 55.44 feet to a point of reverse
curve;
(2) Along the arc of a curve bearing to the right and having a radius of 25 feet a distance of 18.07 feet to a point of reverse
curve;
(3) Along the arc of a curve bearing to the left and having a radius of 50 feet a distance of 39.42 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 08 degrees 16 minutes 22 seconds East 136.49 feet to the northerly side of Echo Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE South 70 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds West along the northerly side of Echo Avenue 173.29 feet to
the division line between Lots 6 and 7 on said Map;
RUNNING THENCE North 09 degrees 06 minutes 17 seconds East along said division line 210.36 feet to the southerly side of
