Lender may, at asertirne, collect and hold EscrowPunds in an amountsufficient to permit Lender to
apply theEscrowFundsat the time specifiedunderRESPA.ApplicableLaw puts limits on the total amountof
EscrowPundsLondercan at any time collent andhold, This total amountonnnotbe more thau the maximum
amounta lendercouldrequireunderRESPA.If thereis anotherApplicableLaw that imposesa lower limit on
the total amountof EscrowFundsLendercancollect andhold, Lunderwill be limited to the lower amount.
(b) Lander's Obligations.
Leaderwill keepthe EserowPendsin a savingsor banking institutionwhich hasits depositsinsured by a
federal agency,instmmentality, or entity, or in any FederalIIome Loan Bank. If Lenderis such a savingsor
bankinginstitution, Lender may hold theEsorowFunds.Leaderwill usethe EscrowPundsto pay theEscrow
Itemsno Interthan the time allowed underRESPAor otherApplicable Law. Lenderwill give to me, without
charge,an annualaccountingof theEscrowFunds.That accountingwill showall additionsto and deductions
ftom theEscrowFundsandthe reasonfor eachdeduction.
Lendermay not chargeme for holding or keepingthe Escrow Funds,for using the EsorowFundsto pay
Escrow kems, for making a yearly analysisof my paymentof EscrewFundsor for receiving, or for verifying
and bills. However, Leader may chargeme for theseservicesif Lender pays me
and totaling assessments
intereston theEscrowFundsandif Applicable Law permitsLeaderto makesucha charge.Lander wilt not be
required to pay me any interest or earningson the Eserow Fundsunlesseither (1) Lender and I agree in
pay interest on the Bscrow Pnada,or (2) Applicable Law requiresLender to pay
writing that Lander will
intereston theEscrowFunds.
(c) Adjustments to the Escrow Funds.
UnderApplicable Law, there is a limit on the amountof EscrowFundsLeadermay hold. If the amount
of EscrowPhndsheld by Lender exceedsthis limit, thentherewiII be an excessamountandRESPA requires
Leaderto accountto mein a specialmannerfor theexcessamountofEscrew Funds.
If, at any time, Lander has not receivedenoughEscrow Pundsto makethepaymentsof Escrow Items
when thepaymentsare due,Leader may tell me in writing that anadditionalamountis necessary.I will pay to
Leader whateveradditionalamountis necessaryto pay theEscrowItemawhenthe paymentsare due, but the
numberofpaymentswill not be morethan 12.
WhenI havepaid all of the SumsSecured,Lenderwill promptly refbadto me any EscrowPundsthat are
then beingheld by Leader.
4. Borrower's Obligation to Pay Charges, AssessmentsAnd Claims. I will pay all taxes,assessments,
water charges,sewerrentsand othersimilar charges,and any otherchargesandfines that may be imposedon
the Propertyand that may be superior to this SecurityInstrument.I will also makegroundrents or paymerits
dueunder my leaseif I ama tenant on the Propertyand CommunityAssociationDues,Fees,and Assessments
