              amount   sued  for in Plaintiff'sVerified  Complaint    was  for TWELVE      THOUSAND         ONE    HUNDRED       EIGHTY


              ONE    and  07/100  ($12,181.07)   DOLLARS       thereafter, Plaintiff and  Defendant   entered  into a Stipulation  of


              Settlement   dated May   4, 2021  for the sum  of THIRTEEN        THOUSAND        EIGHTY      ONE   and   07/100



              ($13,081.07)   DOLLARS       (which  is the amount   sued  for including  finance  charges)  with  interest there0s  from
