    The Court has considered the arguments and authorities presented in Defendant oral hearing request on

Defendants two motions for the Court to exclude the expert testimony of Mohammad R. Yousuf (“Yousuf”)

and of Sohail “Sam” Alam (“Alam”).The Court has also considered all argument , authorities and evidence,

if any, tendered in response to that request and after reviewing the evidence and hearing the arguments, the

Court finds that the defendant request should be   RANTED

    IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the hearing on Defendants

two motions for the Court to exclude the expert testimony of Mohammad R. Yousuf (“Yousuf”) and of Sohail
