THIS CAUSE came before the Court on February 16, 2022 on Plaintiff Ben-Zion
Alcalay’s motion for an amended order on Plaintiff’s motion for final judgment against
Defendants Atlas Cybersecurity, LLC, Benjamin Dynkin and Barry Dynkin, and the Court
having issued an amended order on Plaintiff’s motion for final judgment on February 16, 2022,
and upon evidence that Defendant Benjamin Dynkin filed a bankruptcy petition on February 14,
2022 in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of New York, Case No. 8-21-
70234, and there is an automatic stay pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §362, it is hereby:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Amended Order on Plaintiff’s Motion for Final Judgment against Defendants
Atlas Cybersecurity, LLC, Benjamin Dynkin and Barry Dynkin is hereby vacated;
2. This case is stayed.
