THIS CAUSE came before the Court for a hearing on the Uniform Motion Calendar on
July 8, 2022, on Plaintiff Ben-Zion Alcalay’s motion to compel completion of fact information
sheets by Judgment Defendants Atlas Cybersecurity, LLC and Barry Dynkin (the “Motion”), and
the Court having conducted oral argument, and reviewed and considered the Motion:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Plaintiff’s motion to compel completion of fact information sheet is GRANTED;
and
2. Defendant Benjamin Dynkin shall complete form 1.977 for individuals as attached
to the Motion, including all required attachments, annexed hereto, within 60 days
of this executed Order; and
3. Defendant Atlas Cybersecurity LLC shall complete form 1.977 for corporations as
