one which ends the litigation between the parties and disposes of all issues involved such
that no further action by the court will be necessary."); Bennett's Leasing, Inc. v. First St.
Mortg. Corp., 870 So. 2d 93, 97 (Fla. 1st DCA 2003) (explaining that a motion to vacate must
be directed towards a final order).
