Authority for this motion is set forth in Evidence Code Section 777, which allows the court to exclude non-party witnesses from the courtroom at the time that other witnesses are under examination, so that such witnesses cannot hear the testimony of the other witnesses. Watson v. Department of Rehabilitation (1989) 212 Cal.App.3d 1271.
