Plaintiff had to crawl through the space above the ceiling in order to install insulation, Plaintiff recalls that COOPER BROTHERS (COOPER BROTHERS, INC.) personnel would tear holes in the plaster walls and ceiling and that there was dust from the lath and plaster that had been torn out. Plaintiff recalls there was debris from the freprook as well as fireproofing on the beams. Plaintiff recalls working near COOPER BRO (COOPER BRO’ , INC.) plumbers and electricians who used wrenches and hammers to knock-off: existing asbestos-containing PABCO TBREBOARD CORPORATION} insulation and MONOKOTE (W.R.
