After discussion the following resolution was adopted: RESOLVED, that this corporation shall invest $30,000. in the common stock of Avex, [nc,, a California corporation operating in San Jose and Santa Cruz, California; in return for $30,000. Slakey Brothers Sacramento, Inc. Is to receive 2,728 shares of voting common stock. The final item of business concerned common stock dividends to be paid by Slakey Brothers Modesto, |nc, and Siakey Brothers Sacramento, Inc. After discussion, the following resolutions were vadopted: RESOLVED, that Slakey Brothers Modesto, Inc. shall pay to stockhoiders of record January 1, 1966 a common stock dividend of $1.50 per share; RESOLVED, also, that Slakey Brothers Sacramento, Inc, shal] pay to stockholders of record January 1, 1966, a common stock dividend of 604 per share, Both dividends shall be paid March 25, 1966.
