WHEREAS, this is a putative class action under the federal Securities Act of 1933;
WHEREAS, Plaintiff Sonny St. John (“Plaintiff”) filed a motion for class certification
(“Motion for Class Certification”) on September 8, 2022 (NYSCEF Nos. 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72)
and noticed a return date of October 11, 2022;
WHEREAS, pursuant to CPLR 2214(b), Defendants Cloopen Group Holding Limited,
Cogency Global Inc., Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Tiger Brokers
(NZ) Limited, and Futu Inc. (collectively, “Defendants”1) must respond to Plaintiff’s Motion for
Class Certification on October 4, 2022, seven days before the noticed return date;
WHEREAS, counsel for Plaintiff and Defendants (together, the “Parties”) have met and

conferred regarding the class-certification briefing schedule and related discovery and have agreed
to the modified schedule set forth below;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties jointly stipulate and agree as follows, subject to the
Court’s approval:
1. Defendants shall serve Plaintiff with requests for production of documents and
interrogatories relating to class certification on or before September 27, 2022;
2. Plaintiff shall serve Defendants with responses and objections to Defendants’
requests for production of document and interrogatories relating to class certification on or before
September 30, 2022;
3. Plaintiff shall complete his production of documents relating to class certification
and serve any privilege log relating to class discovery on or before October 14, 2022;
4. Plaintiff’s deposition relating to class certification shall be completed on or before
November 18, 2022;
5. Defendants shall oppose or otherwise respond to Plaintiff’s Motion for Class
Certification on or before December 5, 2022;
6. Plaintiff shall file a reply in support of his Motion for Class Certification on or
before January 13, 2023.
