Ignacio E. Salceda, Esq., having applied to this court for admission pro hac vice to
represent the Defendant Cloopen Group Holding Limited (“Defendant”) in the above-captioned
action, and said applicant having submitted in support thereof a motion dated June 14, 2021, an
affirmation of Sheryl Shapiro Bassin, Esq., dated June 17, 2021, who is a member in good
standing of the Bar of the State of New York and an attorney of record for the Defendant herein,
an affidavit of applicant Ignacio E. Salceda, Esq., and a Certificate in Good Standing from a
jurisdiction in which Ignacio E. Salceda, Esq. is admitted to the practice of law, and this Court
having reviewed the foregoing submissions and due deliberation having been had, it is now
therefore:
ORDERED that the motion is granted and Ignacio E. Salceda, Esq. is permitted to
appear and to participate in this action on behalf of the Defendant; and it is further
ORDERED that Ignacio E. Salceda, Esq. shall at all times be associated herein with
counsel who is a member in good standing of the Bar of the State of New York and is an attorney
of record for the party in question, and that all pleadings, briefs, and other papers filed with the
court shall be signed by an attorney of record, who shall be held responsible for such papers and
for the conduct of his action; and it is further
ORDERED that, pursuant to 22 N.Y.C.R.R. §§ 520.11 and 602.2(a), Ignacio E. Salceda,
Esq. shall abide by the standards of professional conduct imposed upon members of the New
York Bar, including the rules of court governing the conduct of attorneys and the Rules of
Professional Conduct; and it is further
ORDERED that Ignacio E. Salceda, Esq. shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts
of the State of New York with respect to any acts occurring during the course of his participation
in this matter; and it is further
ORDERED that Ignacio E. Salceda, Esq. shall notify the court immediately of any matter
or event in this or any other jurisdiction that affects his standing as a member of the Bar.
