All parties were present at the Case Management Conference, or had notice of the Case Management Conference, and none of the attorneys objected to the Court’s granting the Order Shortening Time. The Plaintiff's Motion for leave to file its Third Amended Complaint was heard on April 26, 2011, Hon. Richard Kramer presiding. The court had excused any counsel who did not wish to oppose the motion from appearing in person.
