for judgment, the court, pursuant to declarations prescribed by CCP § 585(d) on file herein now
orders the following judgment:
IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that plaintiff, Bank of the West, have judgment
against the defendant, VERNON E. RABORN individually and dba DISPATCH TRUCKING, in the
amount of $30,442.94 principal, $2,500.00 attorney fee, $1,959.60 interest, and $341.24 costs for a
total judgment of $35,243.78.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that plaintiff, Bank of the West, is the
JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT BY COURT.
JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT BY COURT.owner of the following leased equipment: one 2002 FREIGHTLINER XL CLASSIC; VIN#
1FUJAHCG32PG28746, and is entitled to its immediate possession, and that plaintiff have and
recover said property from defendant, VERNON E. RABORN individually and dba DISPATCH
TRUCKING. In the event plaintiff, Bank of the West, obtains possession of and sells said personal
property hereafter, defendant shall receive all credits to which he is entitled by law.
