The settlement between Defendants DESOTO CAB COMPANY, INC. and
FAEGH BEHBAHANI and Plaintiffs NATHAN MARSHALL and ALEX MARSHALL,
in the amount of one million and one hundred thousand dollars ($1,100,000.00), is in good i
faith pursuant to the terms of section 877.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
