A jury of twelve persons was impaneled and sworn to try the
action. Witnesses for both plaintiff and defendant were sworn and
examined. After hearing the evidence, the arguments of attorneys,
and the instructions of the Court, the jurors retired to consider
their verdict. After returning to court, the jurors rendered
their verdict as follows: We find: IN FAVOR OF PLAINTIFF. Pat+
vick Helland shall recover sole possession of 259 Andover Street,
San Francisco, California. Plaintiff Patrick Helland shall re-
cover from defendant Ray Bronner, damages for rent due from Janu-
ary 31,2008 to today's date in the sum of $4,950.
