above-entitled matter hereby move for a thirty (30) day extension of time up to and including
December 17, 2022, in which to file a responsive pleading to Plaintiff’s Complaint with a
return date of October 18, 2022. The additional time is necessary to enable Defendants to
review Plaintiff’s claims and to prepare an appropriate response.
For the foregoing reasons, Defendants respectfully move the Court to grant this
