1. As to Judgment Debtor’s Financial Statement 2 (a) Judgment Debtor has a gross monthly
income in the amount of $1458.68. Judgment Creditor is requesting Judgment Debtor provide
proof of actual gross monthly income. Plaintiff is requesting court deny said exemption.
2. As to Judgment Debtor’s Financial Statement 2 (d) Judgment Debtor claims other
monthly money she receives are monetary gifts from her parents in the amount of $465.89.
Judgment Creditor is requesting Judgment Debtor provide proof of actual other monthly money
she receives. Plaintiff is requesting court deny said exemption.
3. As to Judgment Debtor’s Financial Statement 4 (b) , Judgment Debtor shows monthly
food and household supply expenses in the amount of $300.00. Judgment Creditor is requesting
Judgment Debtor provide proof of actual monthly food and household supply expenses. Plaintiff
is requesting the court deny said exemption.
4. As to Judgment Debtor’s Financial Statement 4 (e) , Judgment Debtor shows monthly
medical and dental payments expenses in the amount of $1250.00. Judgment Creditor is
requesting Judgment Debtor provide proof of actual monthly medical and dental payment
expenses. Plaintiff is requesting the court deny said exemption.
5. As to Judgment Debtor’s Financial Statement 4 (i) , Judgment Debtor shows monthly
transportation and auto expenses in the amount of $140.00. Judgment Creditor is requesting
Judgment Debtor provide proof of actual monthly transportation and auto expenses. Plaintiff is
requesting the court deny said exemption.
6. Judgment Creditor has given Judgment Debtor numerous attempts to remedy, make
payments on outstanding judgment in favor of Plaintiff, Judgment Creditor.
7. Therefore, Plaintiff is willing to accept $75.00 a pay period from Judgment Debtor by
way of Wage Garnishment, until balance owing is paid in full.
