WHEREAS, the Committee has sold the premises in all respects pursuant to the Judgment to :

Superior Court, to which reference is herein made.
NOW KNOW YE, THAT I, Robert F. Dwyer Jr.
Committee, pursuant to the authority and direction given to me as aforesaid and in consideration of the sum of
One Hundred Forty One Thousand Two Hundred Ninety and 82/100 Dollars
($ 141,290.82 ) DOLLARS received to my full satisfaction of
Onewest Bank, National Association
, ("Grantee(s)"), do hereby bargain, sell, transfer and convey unto
Onewest Bank, National Association
and unto his/her their successors and assign forever a parcel of land,
together with the improvements thereon, known as (street, lot #, other) 56 Greene Avenue, North Canaan,
Connecticut, and being more particularly bounded and described on Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part thereof.

[26To have and to hold the above granted and bargained premises, with the appurtenances thereof, unto the Grantee(s),
his/her/their successors and assigns forever to his/her/their and his/her/their own proper use and behoof.
And |, the Committee do covenant with the Grantee(s), his/her/their successors and assigns forever, that | have full
power and authority as a Committee to grant and convey the above-described premises in manner and form aforesaid.
The premises are conveyed to the Grantee(s) free and clear of the mortgage/lien being foreclosed, and of all claims
subsequent in right thereto, the holders of which are bound by this action.
Said premises are conveyed subject to (a) all prior liens and encumbrances which are prior in right to the mortgage/lien
foreclosed; (b) all taxes, sewer assessments and sewer use charges (if any); (c) all building, building line and zoning
regulations of the Town of North Canaan
and all other governmental regulations and provisions of any public or private law; and (d) such state of facts that an
accurate survey or personal inspection of the premises would disclose.

and all appurtenances thereto belonging, situated-on the westerly side of Greene Avenue in
the Town of North Canaan, .County of Litchfield and State of Connecticut, more particularly’
bounded and described as follows:
Parcel One:
All that certain piece or parcel of real estate, with all the appurtenances belonging
thereto, situated in Greenacres, in said Town of North Canaan, which parcel is the easterly
portion of Lot 9 on a map entitled, “Greenacres, F. Raymond Greene, Canaan, Connecticut,
Scale 1 in. = 200 ft.”, drawn by W.W. Canfield and dated June 20, 1932, which map is on
file with the Town Clerk of the Town of North Canaan, in Volume 2 of Maps where it
appears as Map No. 58. Said Lot is bounded and described as follows:
NORTHERLY by Lot #8 as shown on said map, 130 feet, more or less;
EASTERLY : by Greene Avenue, so-called, 100 feet, more or less;
SOUTHERLY by Lot #10 as shown on said map, 125 feet, more or less: and -
WESTERLY by lands now or formerly of Gordon M. Candee and Evelyn F.
