The Plaintiff in the above-mentioned matter respectfully requests the Court to allow the Plaintiff to
bring video equipment into the Court to be used during the trial beginning on November 10, 2015. The
Plaintiff represents that she has a video as an exhibit that shows the water flowing down from the
Defendant's property onto her. Furthermore, the Plaintiff represents that she has disclosed said video to the
Defendants as production previously.
WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff asks the Court to allow the use of video equipment at trial.
