CORPORATION, hereafter referred to as “Defendant” cannot with reasonable diligence be
served in any manner specified in Sections 1702 (2005) of the Corporations Code and
415.10 through 415.40 of the California Code of Civil Procedure, and that the Defendants
are necessary to this action, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

Order for Service on Secretary of State1. That the Secretary of State accept service on behalf of MR CAFE, A CALIFORNIA
CORPORATION, which has been doing business in the State of California, but has no
designated Agent for Service of Process nor are any officers or agents located in
California, or has a designated agent that has resigned and has not been replaced or is no
longer authorized to act, or has an agent that cannot with reasonable diligence be found
at the address designated for personally delivering process; and
2. That the Secretary of State shall promptly give notice to the above-referenced
corporation MR CAFE, A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION of the service of process of
the claims filed against it.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of the Summons, a copy of the Complaint, and
a copy of this Order be forthwith mailed to Defendants if their addresses are ascertained
before expiration of the time herein prescribed for publication of Summons.
