Please accept this correspondence as Plaintiff's Case for the above referenced
Summary
matter.
On January 3'd,2021, at approximately 2:45pm, Plaintiff was operating his vehicle
northbound on Route 32 in the Town of Catskill. There was some accumulation of snow on the
road. As Plaintiff approached the intersection of Route 32 and Mountain Turnpike, he observed
a vehicle operated by Defendant Alexis in the southbound lane of Route 32 stopped at the

intersection to make a left turn onto Mountain Turnpike. thereafter, a vehicle operated

by Defendant Sophia Jaeger approached the same intersection in the southbound lane behind
Defendant Alexis Leung. Defendant Jaeger failed to negotiate her vehicle Defendant on

the left and struck her vehicle and then struck Plaintiff's vehicle in the northbound lane.
Defendant Jaeger is clanning that Defendant stopped short in front of her and
Leung
failed to signal. Defendant Leung denies this allegation and it isa point ofcontroversy in this
litigation.
As a result of the collision, Plaintiff sustained fractures to his second through fifth
metatarsal bones in his leftfoot. He also suffers from PTSD. Discovery has been completed and
the Note of Issue has been filed.
