the Dutchess County Surrogate Court.
Proof of heirship must be established by death certificate and affidavit from a member of decedent's
family other than the Grantor showing that decedent died intestate, without a will and setting forth a
complete family history. A deed will be required by the heirs of Jack Giordano.
