application by petitioner, and payment by petitioner of the appropriate fees, if any, is directed (if
the New York Department of Health has the record on file) to issue to petitioner two certified long-
form copies of the birth certificate of Fiore Massaro, who was born in White Plains, New York, on
September 19, 1925.
ORDERED, that Fiore Massaro is One and the Same as Fiorentino Massaro aka
Ferondino Massaro, Fiore Massaro, Fiore D. Massaro, Fiore Dominick Massaro, Frank
Massaro, Frank Massaro Sr.
ORDERED, that Deborah Massaro is one and the same as Deborah Veronica
Massaro, Deborah V. Grey, Deborah Veronica Grey, Deborah V. Calo, and Deborah V.
Massaro Grey.
ORDERED, that Milagro Ventura is one and the same as Milagro Ventura (y) Llorens
and Milagro Massaro, born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, date of birth December 27, 1926.
ORDERED, that Domenico Massaro is one and the same as Dominick Massaro, born in
Moiano, Italy on July 2, 1899.
ORDERED, that Maria Massaro is one and the same as Maria Della Peruta and Maria
Peruta born in Airole, Italy on April 7, 1900.
