dated June 17, 2019, whereby this matter referred to me as the Referee to ascertain and compute
the amount due to the Plaintiff upon itsnote and mortgage upon which this action is brought and
to examine and report whether the mortgaged premises can be sold in parcels, I respectfelly report:
1. That before praceding to examine the evidence I was first duly sworn faithfully
and fairly to determine the questions referred to me and to make a just and true report thereon to
the best of my understanding.
2. I have computed and ascertained the amount due and owing to the Plaintiff under
said Note and Mortgage and accordingly report, the amount now due to the Plaintiff to be the sum
of $1,088,559.21 as of March 15, 2019.

SPS ccñducts qualitycontrol and veri&adon of the informaticñ received from the priorservicer
as part of the bcarding process to ensure the accuracy of the boanied records, It isthe regular
integrate servicers' to upon
practice of SPS to prior records into SPS's business records,and rely
the accuracy of those boarded records in providing its loan servicing AmGier± These prior
servicer recordsare integratedand relied upon by SPS as partof SPS's business records.
4. In conñeetica with making thisãfridavil,I have acquiredpersonal kñcwledge of the
matters statedherein by personally examining the business records pertainingto thesubject loan.
5. On October 03, 2018, an Affidavit in Support of the Plaintiff'sMotion for
Sumary Judgeiñant was executed. This supplemental Affidavit of Amounts Due updates
the -Smit'ed information and provides detailedinformation of theamount owing to
pmviously
the Plaintiffunder the note and mengage thatare the subjectof thisaction.
6. Borrower(s) failed to make the payment that was due for December 01, 2016
under the Note and Mortgage and has failed to make allsubsequent payments to bring the Ioan
current.
