this Court upon a complaint of the above named plaintiff against the above named defendant(s)
for the foreclosure of a Mortgage bearing date the 22nd day of December, 2015, executed by
Mortgagors BARBARA GIORDANO-LEONAGGEO and ROGER LEONAGGEO to
Mortgagee RICHARD VON DER LIETH to secure the sum of $35,000.00 and recorded as
Document No. 01-2016/761 in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Dutchess on February 3,
2016.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the mortgaged premises affected by this
foreclosure action, at the time of the commencement of said action and at the time of the filing of
this notice, was identified as Tax Parcel 6669-00-533189-00 and was situate at 150 Homan
Road, Stanfordville, Town of Stanford, Dutchess County, New York 12581, and is more
particularly described in said Mortgage and in Exhibit “A” annexed hereto and made a part
hereof.
