        Please    know    that  I suffer with   Ulcerative    ColitiS,  a debilitating   disease,    when     active.  These    last  few
        weeks    have    been   extremely     stressful,   coping   to,calm    a severe    flare,  which   entails   colon   inflammation,
        uncontrollable     diarrhea,    abdominal      pain,  rectal  bleeding,    fever,  joint  pain   and  fatigue.   If one   does   not
        get  the  flare  controlled,   the  resL!lt is  hospitalization.    Thankfully,     I am  slowly   improving,     so  it was   not
        until this  morning,    in reviewing     the  calendar,    did  I realize  that  a  reply  was   due   this  past  Wednesday        in
        the  above    case.   The   return   date   is next  Wednesday,       August     24,2022.

        This   is greatly  upsetting,    as  it is important    that  corrections    are  brought    forth.  I truly  regret  that  my
     .  medical    circumstances       prevented     me   from   replying   timely.   Please    know    that  I have   no  assistance     and
        am   alone   in this  endeavor.

        Please    know    that  I contacted    Mr.  Carlini,  Plaintiff's  attorney •.via   telephone.     His   response     to me   via  a
        staff office  worker    was   "Everything      is submitted    ...there  is no  extension".     He was    not  interested    to
        know    my   circumstances.        ,

         Respectfully,     I am   requesting    a  reasonable     extension     of time,   at your   discretion,   to  allowme      the
         opportunity    to  respond.
